Fill out the form, make payment, and wait for your transcription
What file formats are supported for transcription?
We prefer files in mp3, flac, ac3, mp4, wav, mov, or m4a formats.
How long does it take to receive the transcription?
You will receive the transcription within 2 hours.
Is there a privacy policy in place?
Yes, we have a privacy policy. We delete your recording immediately after transcription.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Stripe payments, which accept cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, if you are not satisfied, we offer a refund.
