You get a free trial with $25 of usage credit. When the credit is running low, you can sign up for a monthly plan to top up your usage credit.

Is a payment card needed to sign up?

No, a payment card is not needed to sign up or for the free trial. However, a valid payment card is required before the usage credit runs out.

How does the usage credit work?

You get a $25 usage credit for free when you sign up. You can top up the credit with any amount of your choice. The credit is used at a rate of around $0.05 per 1,000 characters of email text.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription with no obligations or questions asked. Just go to the 'Manage Billing' section in your account and click the cancel button.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

Your account will remain open and your prepaid usage credit will remain valid. Your assistants will continue working until the credit is exhausted. You can resubscribe to top up the credit.
