What is Policy Pro?

How to use Policy Pro?
To use Policy Pro, an authorized representative from your company needs to upload the PDF version of your Standard Operating Procedures to the platform. Once uploaded, you can login to the chatbot and ask any question related to your company's procedures. The AI responds in real time, using the context from your company's policy to provide accurate answers.
When will Policy Pro be available?
Our first release is anticipated to be in late 2023.
Who can access my standard operating procedures?
Only verified employees with email addresses ending in your company's whitelisted URLs can access your private chatbot instance. Additional whitelisting for specific email addresses is also possible.
What information does Policy Pro's chatbot use to answer questions?
Policy Pro's AI only uses information from the PDF Standard Operating Procedures uploaded by your company. It does not use information from the web or other companies.
What document types does Policy Pro support?
Policy Pro supports Standard Operating Procedures uploaded in PDF format.
How much does Policy Pro cost?
