What is an Agent(s)?
An Agent(s) is an AI-powered Chatbot that is able to have human-like conversations. You can create multiple Agents for different objectives such as Sales Agent and Q&A Agent.
Can I use Neexa for Customer support?
Absolutely! While Neexa.ai was primarily designed as a sales agent, it allows you to create secondary Neexa bots with the role of "Support Assistant", making its primary role one of assisting your customers in solving issues.
How will the AI Learn about my business?
Neexa has a Dashboard where you can add your business' information. This information is used to train and learn about your business. The training/learning process takes a few seconds after the information is added.
How does your WhatsApp Integration Work?
Our WhatsApp integration leverages Meta's WhatsApp Business API to receive and send messages. This enables your AI to respond to WhatsApp messages sent by people via their WhatsApp accounts. You can see all messages in your dashboard and use the "Human Takeover" feature to engage with people Human-to-Human as you see fit.
