How to use MotionScape?
To use MotionScape, simply sign up for an account by providing your email address and password. Once signed up, you can select a monthly or yearly plan and proceed to checkout. After subscribing, you will gain access to a custom Slack chat and Trello board where you can start requesting and sharing assets for your video ads. MotionScape will then deliver the finished content within 2-4 days, which you can revise and optimize if needed.
How do I sign up?
To sign up, simply select a monthly or yearly plan and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to provide your email address and password. Once subscribed, you will gain access to a custom Slack chat and Trello board to start requesting your video ads.
How do I cancel?
If you sign up for the monthly plan, you can cancel anytime. For the quarterly plan, you may cancel after 90 days.
How fast will I receive my videos?
On average, you will receive your finished videos within 2-4 days. However, the delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of your request.
What happens once I subscribe or buy a package?
Once subscribed, you will gain access to a custom Slack chat and Trello board where you can start requesting and sharing assets for your video ads. If you buy a package, you will also have access to a Trello board to monitor the progress of your video ads.
What if I don't like the work?
MotionScape offers revisions until you are 100% satisfied with the final product.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of the service, once work has started, there will be no refunds.
