How to use Juphy?
To use Juphy, start by signing up for a 7-day free trial. Once logged in, you can easily unify all social media conversations in a single inbox, allowing you to respond to comments, messages, mentions, and reviews across multiple platforms. Juphy also enables you to share product links with potential buyers on messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. You can track the actions of social media contacts when they visit your website, save all social media contact information to Juphy's CRM, and re-target contacts to boost sales. Additionally, you can collect leads on your website and social media accounts using Juphy's free live chat widget and connect with visitors through platforms like Whatsapp, Instagram, and Facebook Messenger.
Where do you backup your data?
All our data is securely stored in the Netherlands. Our web-server providers are DigitalOcean Inc. and MongoDB, Inc.
Can I give permission to a user?
Yes. You can set permissions for a user by adding them as a 'Moderator'.
Can we delete or hide a comment?
Yes, you can Hide or Delete comments on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. However, you'll still be able to see the hidden or deleted comments on Juphy's Inbox.
Do you have a mobile app?
Yes, Juphy has an iOS and Android app, currently at the Public BETA stage.
Do you have a chat-bot integration?
Not yet, but it's on our product roadmap.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but the payment you've made is non-refundable.
