What type of photos should I upload?
We recommend uploading a variety of photos, including close-ups of your face, side profiles, and full body shots. Avoid photos with other people or animals and aim for different facial expressions, locations, and backgrounds. High-quality photos with minimal makeup work best.
What file formats of photos do you accept?
We currently support JPG and PNG file formats.
How long will it take to receive my avatars?
Typically, it takes about 24 hours to generate your avatars, considering current processing times.
Is your payment service secure?
Yes, our payment service via Stripe is secure and adheres to excellent bank-level security standards. We do not store any card information.
Can I get a refund?
