What is DesignYay?
DesignYay is an unlimited design subscription agency that helps businesses grow by providing them with excellent design.
How to use DesignYay?
To use DesignYay, create an account using our simple sign up process. Once you're signed up, you can submit unlimited design requests for us to work on. We'll deliver your design deliverables with unlimited revisions until you're happy. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
What programs do you design in?
Most requests are designed using Figma, Adobe Suite, or various AI artwork tools.
Do you offer refunds?
If design work has already started, refunds are not offered. However, if you've selected a subscription package but decide it's not for you, you can receive a refund. You can also cancel the subscription after your month to prevent automatic renewal. Contact us via email for refund inquiries.
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
Hiring a full-time designer can be costly and may not always have enough work to keep them busy. With DesignYay's monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for design work when you have it.

How many design requests can I make?
Design requests are unlimited, but they will be worked on and delivered one at a time.
