How to use Bonsai?
To use Bonsai, sign up for an account and log in. Connect your TradingView account to access the trading tools. Customize the tools based on your trading preferences. Bonsai will constantly monitor the market(s) you choose and send trading alerts to you. Use these alerts along with your trading judgment and proper risk management to make smarter trading decisions.
What is TradingView?
TradingView is a web service and social network for traders, providing a platform for technical analysis. To use Bonsai tools, you will need a valid TradingView account (paid or free) to attach indicators or strategies in your charts.
Can I rely on the alerts?
Yes, you can rely on the alerts provided by Bonsai. The tools are regularly updated and adapted to market fluctuations. While profitable signals cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time, Bonsai works hard to ensure the signals are constantly up to date and consistent enough to use.
Is it possible to profit on every trade?
No, it is not possible to guarantee a profit on every trade. Bonsai's algorithms are viable but not always 100% accurate. To ensure successful trading, it is best to use Bonsai tools in conjunction with your trading judgment and a sound risk management strategy.
Do Bonsai scripts repaint?
No, all of Bonsai's indicators and strategies are thoroughly tested and will not repaint.
How do I get my hands on the trading tools?
After joining the Bonsai community, your TradingView username will be added to the "Invite-Only" access list for all trading tools. You will also receive an invitation to the Telegram group. If you choose the Trader plan, you'll gain access to the VIP channel on the Discord server.
How long do I need to wait after subscribing?
Please allow a few hours for the Bonsai team to provide you with access to all TradingView trading tools and additional features after you request access.
Is it possible for me to get a refund?
As the Beta version of Bonsai is offered for free, there is no refund option. You are welcome to join the Beta program and use Bonsai to determine whether it meets your needs before committing to a paid plan. All payments are final.
