Yes, Anomify supports various time-series databases and tools such as Prometheus, Graphite, Telegraf, and more. If your datastore is not supported yet, you can reach out to the Anomify team to add it to the roadmap.
How does Anomify compare to other monitoring tools?
Anomify adds an additional dimension to your monitoring/observability setup by continuously monitoring all your metrics in the background. It provides deep insights into system and application changes and allows users to train the system to reduce false positive anomalies.
Is it hard to set up?
Setting up Anomify is relatively easy. After signing up for an account, you can send metrics to the ingestion endpoint or connect supported time-series databases. The system continuously analyzes the metrics for anomalies, and you can set up alerts based on your needs.
Can I add or remove metrics after signing up?
Yes, you can add or remove metrics from the Anomify dashboard or via the API.
What happens if I send more metrics than I've paid for?
Anomify keeps track of the number of metrics you've sent and will drop metrics that exceed your quota. You can also send metrics with a test header before committing them to your metric quota.

How long does it take for analysis to become useful?
Anomify starts providing useful analysis after receiving data for approximately 7 hours. However, it is recommended to wait for 7 days of data for a better understanding of expected data ranges.
How does training the system improve Anomify?
Training the machine learning process of Anomify helps tune it to interpret normal behavior for your systems, reduces false positive alerts, and provides a better understanding of your metrics.
When does my billing cycle start and end?
Billing cycles for Anomify correspond to the calendar month. You will be billed on or around the day you subscribed to a paid account.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
If you cancel your plan, the cancellation will come into effect at the end of your billing cycle. After canceling, you will be reverted to the free plan.
